1. Policy Overview
By completing a purchase on our website, you expressly acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that we do not issue refunds, except where explicitly required by applicable law.
This policy applies without limitation to:
- initial and one-time purchases
- subscription purchases
- subscription renewal charges
- promotional, discounted, bundled, or gifted items
- all orders placed on our website
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law (for example, the EU 14-day cooling-off period for eligible physical goods where legally required).
2. No Refunds on Any Orders
All sales are final.
Once payment has been successfully authorized and captured (charged) to your chosen payment method:
- No refunds, returns, credits, or exchanges will be issued
- This applies to initial orders and one-time purchases
- This applies to subscription purchases and subscription renewal charges
- This applies to promotional items, bundles, free gifts, and discounted orders
Subscription Renewal Charges Are Final
A subscription renewal charge becomes non-refundable immediately upon being charged to your payment method. Once a renewal has been processed, it cannot be refunded, credited, reversed, or exchanged for any reason.
3. Subscription Management & Cancellations
When you subscribe:
- You authorize recurring charges based on the frequency selected at checkout
- You authorize us to securely store your payment information for future billing
Cancellation Requirements
To avoid future subscription charges:
- You must cancel your subscription before the next scheduled billing date
- Cancellation affects future billing only and does not entitle you to a refund for any charges already processed
Important: Failure to cancel prior to renewal does not qualify for a refund of a processed renewal charge.
Cancellation options are provided via:
- your order confirmation email
- your account dashboard (if applicable)
4. Products & Charges Not Eligible for Refund
Without limiting the scope of Sections 1 and 2 above, the following items and charges are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- initial purchases and one-time orders
- subscription renewal orders (renewal billing)
- digital products, downloads, or online services
- custom or personalized items
- promotional or bundled products
- gifts with purchase
- taxes and shipping charges
Even if an item is unused or unopened, once payment is processed, the sale is final.
5. Damages, Defects & Order Issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting documentation (such as photos).
At our sole discretion, we may:
- replace the item, or
- issue store credit
Store credit is not a refund and is provided solely as a courtesy where eligible.
6. European Union Customers — Legal Rights
If your order is delivered into the European Union, you may have a legal right under EU consumer law to cancel and return eligible initial purchases within 14 days of delivery (cooling-off period).
Returned items must:
- be unused
- be in original packaging
- be accompanied by proof of purchase
Subscription renewal charges and any payments already processed are not covered by the EU cooling-off right.
7. Refunds Required by Law (If Applicable)
Refunds will be issued only where required by applicable law.
Where a refund is legally required:
- requests must be submitted in writing
- refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method
- processing times may take up to 10 business days after approval
All other refund requests under this policy will be denied.
