Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processing is complete, your order is shipped.
Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or promotional events.
Estimated Delivery Time
After shipment, delivery typically takes 7–13 days (including weekends). Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Information
At this time, tracking numbers are not provided for shipments. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your order is on its way.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for delays, non-delivery, or returns resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Missing Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will review your order details and assist as appropriate. While we will always do our best to help, delivery delays caused by the carrier may occur and are outside of our direct control.
