Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or try before you buy. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases. All sales are final and we do not issue refunds, returns, credits, or exchanges, except where explicitly required by applicable law.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you’ll be charged for each delivery (unless you choose to pay in advance). Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want to renew a subscription, you must cancel it prior to renewal.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time before your next scheduled billing date. Your order confirmation emails include links to your order where you can manage your subscription.

Important: Subscription charges (including initial subscription purchases and renewals) are final sale.
To avoid future renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription before your next scheduled billing date.

For clarity, a subscription renewal is considered “processed” once the payment has been successfully charged to the original payment method. Once processed, subscription charges cannot be refunded, credited, reversed, or exchanged for any reason, except where required by law.

Promotional Offers: Any promotional pricing, discounts, or offers (including, but not limited to, Buy One Get One Free) apply only as expressly stated at checkout. Subscription renewals are billed at the regular price and quantity displayed at checkout and do not include promotional pricing, discounts, or free items unless explicitly stated.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

Pre-orders may be canceled only before the order is fulfilled and before any payment is processed.
Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and/or payment has been processed, the order is final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded, except where required by applicable law.

Try Before You Buy

When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a specified amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the trial period has passed, if the item has not been returned, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.

Important: Once a charge is processed (including trial conversions), the purchase is final sale and not eligible for refunds, credits, or exchanges, except where required by applicable law. Returns during the trial period must follow the instructions provided with the program.
